• The Bottom Feeders Aquarium Store does advise of minimum of an hour is charged for most of our services excluding installation and removal of aquariums. You will be charged $50 per half hour over that minimum hour of the $160 p/h

• This minimum hour charge is not included if we are a personal shopper for you our personal shopper fee is $65 plus any fish accessories, and products, For a personal shopper appointment you will need to advise us of what you need and we will give an estimate of the price and that will need to be paid upfront. any differences will be refunded back to you with a receipt from The Bottom Feeders & the place of purchased items.

• Installation and removal of aquariums depending on the size & the set up of the aquarium might take longer than an hour, you will be charged a minimum of $180 for removal or installation.. please note that depending on the size of aquarium a transportation fee may also apply. This may depend also on your location in Melbourne.

• Membership & Installation Packages does not include water treatments or purchase of fish and accessories.

• Aqua Scape does not include water treatments or purchase of fish and accessories.

• Membership fees must be paid in full before any work can be undertaken.

• 1 Year Memberships include 12 callout for 1 year & and aditional call outs can be purchased separately at a discount. (this does not include the purchase of fish or accessories.

• 2 year memberships include 24 call outs over 2 years additional call outs can be purchased separately at a discounted price. how ever this does not include the purchase of fish and accessories.

• Business Aquarium Clean & Maintenance Package. This will need to be scheduled two weeks in advance.

• All Bookings must me made 24 to 48 hours of appointment

• Your personal Information is encrypted so only you can access your information.  The only Information provided to us is when you have purchased a product from us and your details are provided so that we may contact you to make arrangements for a call out to your property for Aquarium Servicing.
